I first asked this question back in March last year, and it's something that still has me curious.
Is there any physiological benefit to increasing aggression before and during weight training?
The comments at the time expressed a range of opinions - everything from 'none whatsoever' to 'at the right times'. What do you think? Does a bit of aggression have any real benefit, or is it something that often just feels right?
NB : Despite all evidence to the contrary (just look at that picture), we're not related. As far as I know, anyway.
