As you'd expect, there's been a great deal of information circulating recently about Cyclone Yasi. Of these, the best resource I've found is Google's own Crisis Response site.
Whether you're interested in offering humanitarian aid, doing a little research or just finding out what's going on (perhaps a combination of all three), the Crisis Response site is superb.
