- Equipment : BusinessWeek took an interesting look at some of the technology available for diabetics, Erickson residents found the true value of the Nintendo Wii and Born Rich pointed to a pair of solid gold running shoes. Uh, yeah.
- Ideas : Thib has an interesting approach to ab training that's well worth trying, if you're looking for new exercises, Craig Ballantyne has a few ideas and Mike tries a somewhat different approach to goal-setting. Might just have to give that one a go here.
- Bonus : Mr Kirby pointed me in the direction of The Sloshing Pillar of Pain - a great Dan John piece over on T-Nation. With $20 and a spare hour you can make a superb piece of workout equipment. It's a great idea.
